HOW CAN I SEND A RETURN?
If you wish to return your order for any reason, please return it to us within 30 days. Please return your order and send it back to the address below, including a copy of the packing slip.
Please note that your post office or courier service may ask to see your original order tracking details and order confirmation.

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns, unless your product has been damaged or is faulty.
We recommend you use a USPS Registered Postal Service for your returns as we cannot be held responsible for any items damaged or missing in transit.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?
If your Sumomihi product has been inadvertently damaged in transit or there is a fault with the product, please contact us to arrange your return. One of our team members will be in touch to organize your return.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We will offer a refund on all orders, if the product is returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of placing your order.
Socks – Socks must be unworn and have tags attached.
Sumomihi.us cannot refund delivery charges, unless an item is faulty or sent in error.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once we receive your item as a return, it can take up to 5 working days for your return to be processed. Any refunds issued may take up to 7 days to appear in your account. We can only refund the account that originally made the purchase.
AM I ABLE TO EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We are unable to process exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange the product you have ordered, we suggest you process a return and place a new order.
DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON RETURNS?
We only offer free postage on returns for any product that is damaged or if a product has been sent in error.
CAN I RETURN STANCE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER RETAILER?
Sumomihi.us is only able to accept returns of orders placed directly through www.sumomihi.us.
If you purchased your product elsewhere, please return it directly to that retailer.
