  1. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. We deem your continued use of sumomihi.us as an acceptance of your agreement to be bound by these new terms and conditions.
  2. Your contract for the purchase of goods, created in accordance with these terms and conditions, is with Tenoglio’s Florida Distribution LLC.
  3. Your purchase is governed by our Privacy Policy. If you are under the age of 18 you must inform a parent or guardian that you are using this site and let them know of our Privacy Policy before registering with us.

Registration with us

  1. In order for you to have the best shopping experience, we ask you to register an account to buy from us. When you register you will be asked to enter an email address and password. Keep your password safe. If you feel the security of your password has been compromised, log in and change it right away or contact our customer support team.
  2. All registration information (“Personal Information”) will be kept secure and will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be found here: sumomihi.us/privacy

Placing an order with us and our acceptance

We really hope you are happy with your purchase. If and when you place an order this is what you need to know.

(a) when placing your order, please ensure that all information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

(b) all orders placed are subject to our acceptance and stock availability

(c) once you have clicked the ‘confirm’ button, we try to process your order and get it out the door as quickly as possible. This means that we cannot guarantee that we can change or cancel it. Of course, this does not affect your statutory “cool” rights which are set out below. If you wish to change or cancel your order after clicking ‘confirm’ please contact our customer service team who will do their best to help you. You can reach them at www.sumomihi.us/contact.

(d) all prices and delivery charges are shown on the website plus TAX SALES. All transactions take place in dollars.

(e) Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your chosen purchase. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order. Unless you cancel your order, acceptance and completion of the contract takes place when we dispatch the goods to you. When this occurs, we will confirm our acceptance by sending you an email detailing the products you have ordered, the price (including TAX SALES, postage and packaging) and the estimated delivery time.

(f) We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, not to accept your order, process your transaction or refuse to provide you with a service. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for withdrawing our stock from our website, refusing to process a transaction, or suspending a transaction after we have commenced processing.

Payment

  1. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Card payment will be debited and cleared from your account on receipt of your order by us. The use of promotional codes to offer a discount on the price advertised on site is entirely at our discretion and in some cases may not be used in conjunction with other offers.
  2. All debit and credit card payments are subject to validation and authorization by the relevant card issuer. If for any reason your payment card issuer refuses to clear payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
  3. We take all reasonable care to make our site as secure as possible. We will also take reasonable care to keep your order and payment details secure. However, except in the case of demonstrable negligence on our part, we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorized access to any of your personal data on our site.

Pre-orders

To give our customers exclusive access to new products, we offer customers the ability to place pre-orders for certain products at certain times of the year.

  1. When you have placed an order for a pre-order product, payment will be made at the time of ordering.
  2. You can place an order for a product that is in stock and a pre-order product in one order. we will ship all products in your order once your pre-order product(s) arrive in our warehouse, therefore your in-stock order will not be shipped immediately.
  3. We will do our best to ship the products you have pre-ordered as quickly as possible.
  4. We will advertise the estimated shipping date of the product you have pre-ordered as accurately as possible. However, until such items are in our warehouse, dates are subject to change.

Canceling an order

  1. If you have placed an order but want to change or cancel it, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to make any changes, but cannot guarantee this.
  2. The Distance Selling Regulations entitle you to a ‘cooling off’ period in which to cancel the contract if you do not want the goods you have ordered for any reason. If you wish to cancel your entire order, you may do so within thirty (thirty) days from the day you receive the goods. If you wish to do so, you must notify us and return the goods to us in an undamaged condition within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which you told us you wished to cancel the contract. You are responsible for any postage and packing costs on returning goods to us. Once we receive the goods from you and are satisfied that they are in good unused condition, we will refund the cost of the goods in full to the method you used to pay for the original transaction. We will issue this refund within 7 (seven) days of your receipt of the goods. We may make a deduction from your refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling on your part.

Hassle-free return process

  1. We are very sorry if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase.

You may return your new Sumomihi products (with packaging and labels intact) within 30 (thirty) days for an exchange or refund.

Please note that all products must be unworn.

For underwear, all returns must be unopened in the original packaging.

If you wish to return your product, please send your products to SUMOMIHI.US (Tenoglio’s Florida Distribution LLC) with the following details:

  • Packing slip, including your order ID
  • Reason for your return

SUMOMIHI.US does not provide a delivery service for returns.

Sumomihi.us does not store your payment information and cannot charge your original payment method for a more expensive item. Gifts may only be returned for a refund to the original purchaser. Sumomihi.us can only accept returns for items purchased through our EU website www.sumomihi.us. All other returns should be directed to the retailer from which your Sumomihi product was purchased. Sumomihi.us cannot refund the full price for items purchased at a sale price. We cannot refund postage unless an item is faulty or sent in error. Refunds can only be fulfilled once the original purchase has been returned to our warehouse. Returns may take up to 5 business days to process. Refunds issued to your account may take up to 7 days to post. Unless an item is defective or sent incorrectly, you are responsible for shipping costs to Sumomihi.us.

You will need to pack the goods securely in the original packaging in which we sent the goods to you, or if damaged use a suitable alternative and send it back to us with the packing slip within 30 days of the parcel delivery date. Unless the goods are faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the return postage costs. We recommend that you keep a “proof of postage” from your chosen carrier. Please keep your proof of postage in a safe place in case of any problems.

  1. If you are returning a faulty item or have an incorrect order fulfilment we will refund the cost of the return postage up to a maximum of $ 5. Once we have received the faulty goods and we are happy that they are not of satisfactory quality, you will receive your refund as soon as possible and in any case within 7 days to the card on which you made the original payment.

Upon receipt of your non-faulty goods with notice of your order cancellation, so long as the goods are in a resalable condition and we have proof of purchase, we will refund the relevant amount or send you an exchange. Any refund will be back to the card to which you made the original payment as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days. If you require an exchange we will arrange dispatch as soon as possible and if the item is out of stock we will contact you by phone or email to arrange a suitable alternative.
  2. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Product Image Disclaimer: Please note that while we make every effort to accurately photograph our products and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee that each production photograph accurately represents the actual color of the goods. Please contact us with any questions about the color, material or size of any item before purchasing.

Warranty Sumomihi

We support our Socks products. So much that we are guaranteeing it per tutta la vita. If you wrest or a hole is created, we will invest you a new cloth. If there is a problem, follow the steps below and we will replace it.

Ecco how it works:

  1. If you ask, fill in the following form at sumomihi.us/contact
  2. Your module will include: name and name, shipping instructions, e-mail and photo of the sock problem area
  3. A us representative will take your wealth and, if approved, will offer a replacement copy of pari value. If you ask, I will attend 1-2 weeks for the elaboration.

Please note that it can take up to 7 days for us to completely remove you from our email mailing list so that we can continue to receive emails while your request is being processed. Any promotional printed materials are printed in advance, so you may even receive a shipment while your unsubscribe is being processed. Please note that service emails relating to your account and orders cannot be canceled and will continue to be sent.

Responsibility

  1. We accept no responsibility (except as set out below) for any errors and/or omissions contained on our website and reserve the right to change information, prices and descriptions of goods listed at any time with or without notice .
  2. If an error is found in the price of the goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. There will be no obligation to fulfill an order for a product which has been advertised at an incorrect price. In the event that you order an item and the price published on our website is incorrect for any reason, we will send you an email to inform you that we have not accepted your order and that your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods under the circumstances we describe, we will refund the full amount within 30 days of the order date.
  3. We have been doing our best to provide you with accurate pictures of the products. However, a number of factors such as internet browsers, monitor color and the like can affect how you see the goods. We cannot be held responsible for any color difference between the image and the actual product.
  4. The products for sale on our website are provided for domestic and private consumption only. Accordingly, we accept no liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profits, loss of property damage and/or loss from third party claims arising out of the use of this site
  5. We will have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of the goods to the extent that the delay is due to an event beyond our reasonable control.
  6. No guarantee is given that the website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website or the server which makes it available are free from viruses or bugs or represent the full functionality, accuracy or reliability of sumomihi.us. We will not be liable for any loss of content or materials uploaded or transmitted through the website.
  7. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied with respect to our products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or affect your statutory and contractual rights to cancel.
  8. We will not be liable in contract, tort (including without limitation negligence), pre-contract or other representation (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation) or otherwise out of or in connection with the conditions for:

(a) any economic losses; or

(b) any loss of goodwill; or

(c) any loss of reputation; or

(d) any special or consequential losses suffered or suffered by such party arising out of or in connection with the disposition of any matter under these terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property Rights

You acknowledge and agree that all copyrights, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights and materials contained in and relating to this website are owned by Tenoglio’s Florida Distribution LLC or its licensors. By accessing this website you agree that you may download content for your individual, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, transmit, download, store (in any medium), broadcast or reproduce in public, adapt or modify in any way the content of the website or any of its pages for any purpose without the prior written permission of Tenoglio’s Florida Distribution LLC.

Waiver

No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or a subsequent breach of any provision.

Entire agreement

These terms and conditions (as amended from time to time) constitute the entire agreement between you and Tenoglio’s Florida Distribution LLC (Sumomihi.us) regarding your use of the site and supersede any other agreements or understandings, agreements, undertakings or written or oral proposal between you and us in relation to such matters. No oral explanation or oral information provided anywhere will alter the interpretation of the terms and conditions.

 Promo Codes

Tenoglio’s Florida Distribution LLC does not tend to post promotional codes on the site. However, if they do, Tenoglio’s Florida Distribution LLC has the right not to apply them to certain products, discounted items and hardware unless otherwise specified. We are unable to apply a discount after an order has been placed.

Only one promotional code can be used per order and we are unable to combine promotional codes together. We recommend using the code that gives you the best deal.

If the item you are looking to purchase displays the promotional box next to the image, but after adding the promotional code at checkout the discount has not been applied, please contact us with the product code of the item(s) you are looking to purchase so that we can check for you.
